The community of Dobrochyn residents united at a charity dinner based on Olga Pavlenko’s book “ZHUK” (Living Ukrainian Kitchen), which took place at the Citadel Inn. At this event, the brand-chef of “Halytska Svizhyna” prepared an unparalleled dish – carpaccio of red blood goose with heart and tongue in combination with pickled elderberry, Jerusalem artichoke puree, wrinkles, pickled radish, and all this sophistication was seasoned with white mushroom powder!
Together with other outstanding chefs, we were able to collect 95 thousand hryvnias for reprinting the book. This concern and support of all present will help popularize Ukrainian cuisine and preserve our culinary heritage for future generations. Thank you to everyone who took part in this noble cause!
