Sausage TM “Namynaka” is created according to the author’s recipe, which balances the combination of chicken and pork meat, with the addition of natural spices and herbs, with a reduced salt content. Does not contain allergens.
Ingredients: 90% meat raw materials (chicken fillet, semi-fat pork, side lard), drinking water, table salt, spice extracts (black pepper, nutmeg, garlic, coriander), natural dye, color fixer (sodium nitrite).
Storage conditions: at a temperature from 0 to +6°C
The production batch number is identified by the date of manufacture.
Shelf life: 10 days, packed under vacuum – 15 days.
